The Brouilly 2009 provides a pleasing fullness on the palate, and gives off aromas of red fruits with a mineral touch  

Soil type: granite and alluvial sand

Average vine age : 20 to 60 years old

Average yield : 52 hl / ha

Grape variety : 100% Gamay

Vinegrowing : Vines pruned very close to the ground in a goblet shape to limit yield. Harvesting by hand to select  the best quality ripe grapes.

Vinification : 8 to 10 days maceration with control of temperature.

Matching it with food : Serve at 14 ° C with white meat, red meat and cheese. Can also accompany cold meats, terrines and barbecue.

Can be kept : 4 to 8 years.
